New market data is added to our historical dataset, then processed through our proprietary computer models, which analyze millions of data points in order to generate unique insights and indicators for users to research. This database includes a catalog of unique patterns, trends, and cycles the models have cataloged from previous years. The more history a Covered Market has, the more data for the proprietary computer models to analyze, and the more data-driven insights the they can provide. #### Covered Market Requirements Each Covered Market available to research on the Socrates Platform must have at least a few years of trading data before we consider adding it to the system, but most have more than that (five or more years). Many Covered Markets in the Socrates Platform have datasets that go back multiple decades, while some have over a hundred years worth of data. We prioritize markets that have traded on major exchanges with relative volume. While each of our proprietary computer models are distinct, they all get smarter with more history.
